Bryan County Jail escapee arrested

A Bryan County Jail escapee was nabbed Wednesday in Hot Springs, Ark., after a police detective there recognized him due to the tattoos on his face.Raymond J. Stewart, 26, was arrested at approximately 2:15 p.m. in downtown Hot Springs. The Hot Springs Daily reported that Detective Scott Lampinen recognized Stewart from a photo attached to a broadcast listing Stewart as a wanted person.Stewart was walking in the 800 block of Central Avenue when the detective recognized him due to the multiple tattoos on his face, including an Irish clover. Police arrested him and confirmed he was Stewart.
