Caitlin Embry of Atoka and Tyler McKinney of Denison, Texas would like to announce their marriage. The couple was married on May 3 at Victory Life Church in Sherman.
The ceremony was officiated by Reverends Jacob Sheriff, Seth Swindall and Zach Backuas. Caitlin is the daughter of Mike and Jan Embry of Atoka.
She is the granddaughter of Benny and Lavona Wyrick of Stringtown, Robert and Judy Embry of Fort Smith, Ark. and Olivia Jones of Tulsa.
Caitlin graduated from Atoka High School and currently attends Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant.
Tyler is the son of Larissa Nichols of Whitesboro, Texas and Philip and Melissa McKinney of Bonham, Texas.
He is the grandson of Jack and Rita Ward of Denison, Texas, David and Patsy Belcher of Denison, Texas and J.R. and Mary McKinney of Achille.
Tyler graduated from Victory Life Academy in Durant. He is currently employed as a Media Specialist with TAPS in Sherman, Texas. He also serves as youth pastor at Victory Life in Sherman.
Sister of the bride, Cara Embry, served as Maid of honor and sister of the groom, Larah Shelton served as Matron of honor.
Bridesmaids included Sidney Bond, Enxhi Mustsaraj and Heather Wyrick. Brother-in-law of the groom, Lee Shelton served as best man.
Groomsmen included Sean Mathes, Jonathan Hoffman, Christopher Farris and Jacob Hoffman. Ruby Kellogg, Sarah Kellogg and Norah Shelton, niece of the groom, served as flower girls.
Jude Shelton, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer. Ushers included Andrew Cacho, Asante Lopez and Kade Embry, brother of the bride.
Wedding coordinator was Emily Saunders. Guest registrars were Addison Acosta, niece of the groom and Brittney Narramore, cousin of the groom. Reception assistants included Addison Acosta, Brittney Narramore and Brooklyn Mathes.
The reception was held at Victory Life Church. A wedding shower was held at Victory Life by the Women of Victory and a personal shower was held at the home a Marci Bond.
The couple will reside in Sherman, Texas.
