The Take to the Skies AirFest is coming April 27, 2013 to Durant Regional Airport-Eaker Field. This festival of aviation features an exciting aerobatic Air Show, a Hot Air Balloon Glow and fun family festival. Join us for the first Air Show of the season! The Air Show features warbirds in close formation aerobatics, a variety of high flying action and performers and an array of aerobatic flying feats! Edge of your seat excitement for the whole family! We are proud to honor our military throughout this event. Truly a sight to behold, the Lite the Nite balloon glow at sunset on Saturday evening showcases balloons on static display to light the sky with a spectacular glow of color. All day enjoy a variety of airplanes, helicopters, military aircraft, skydivers, powered parachutes, hang gliders, RC aircraft and more in flight and display. Some flights available to public.
