Dottie Davidson-Moskwa

Dottie (Davidson) Moskwa a resident of Durant passed from this life in Denison, Texas on Tuesday, December 18, 2012. She was born in Crawfordsville, Indiana on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24, 1930. Dottie was married to Dana Davidson in 1949 at Crawfordsville, Indiana. He preceded her in death on September 7, 1977. Dottie married Bill Moskwa in San Jose, California on New Year’s Day, January 1, 1983.

Dottie was a member of the Catholic faith. She loved being active and enjoyed many sports including golf, snow skiing, fishing, and boating. Dottie also enjoyed playing dominoes. She was a woman who considered herself blessed to be a wife, mother and grandmother. Dottie’s family was her greatest passion.

Mrs. Moskwa is survived by her husband, Bill Moskwa of the home; daughters, Diana Harris of Indianapolis, Indiana and Debbie Cooper of Jeffersonville, Indiana; sons, Duane Davidson and wife Patti of Durant, Oklahoma and David Davidson of Brownsburg, Indiana; grandchildren, Jenny Beeler and husband Eric of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jason Heaney of Janesville, Wisconsin, Paige Cooper of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Conner Davidson of Durant, Oklahoma; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Kayla, Anora, T.J., Alex and two on the way.

Mrs. Moskwa was preceded in death by her parents, Tilly and David Hays.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel in Durant, Oklahoma with Rev. Jim Shoryer officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial can be made in Dottie’s name to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org/donate.
