A man charged with multiple counts of rape and burglary, and who had been free on bond, is now back behind bars because he violated the conditions of his bond, according to court papers.

Sean Joseph Gene Wyatt, 20, Durant, was charged in September with one count of first-degree rape involving a victim under 14, one count of second-degree rape with a victim under 15, possession of child pornography, soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology, six counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of unauthorized use of a debit card, one count of knowingly concealing stolen property and one count of malicious injury to property.

Wyatt is accused of having sex with an underaged girl and also taking pictures of her.

According to court papers, Wyatt posted $25,000 bond the same day as his initial appearance, and a condition of that bond was that he have no contact with the alleged victim in the case.

Court papers state authorities received information that Wyatt was continuing to contact the girl, so a judge revoked his bond. Wyatt has since been arrested and is being held in an out-of-county jail.
