Mr. and Mrs. Greg Seay of Durant, Oklahoma are proud to announce the marriage of their daughter, Amanda Seay to Mike Delloro, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael J. Delloro of San Antonio, Texas. The storybook wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Seay on July 7, 2012. The reception that followed also took place at the Seay home as country singer, Jason Meadows, was master of ceremonies and entertained with his band along with Platinum DJs. Dining Around of Durant catered the reception and Sherlyn Boyd created the beautiful wedding cake and the groom’s cake. The bouquets and flowers were exquisitely done by Durant Flower Shop and the couple’s wedding photographer was Joy Neville Photography of Dallas, Texas.

Pastor Curtis Coker, of The River Church, performed the beautiful wedding ceremony that took place before sunset. The maid of honor was Rachel Ridgway, of Durant, the bride’s childhood friend. Naman Galvan, the best man and tennis teammate of the groom’s when they attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University. The matron of honor was Jana Alcorn, cousin of the bride’s. Bridesmaids were Piper Reynolds, childhood friend of the bride’s; Krystal Jarnigan, Whitney Cox, and Kimberly McCoy, who are Tri Sigma sorority sisters of the bride’s when they attended SOSU.

Groomsmen were Luis Estrella, a college friend of the groom; Seth Hamilton, Kevin Jordan, Trevor Hardesty, and Scotty Christian all Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity brothers at SOSU.

Ariel and Savannah Demartino, twin cousins of the bride, were flower girls along with ring bearer, Cainan Smith, also cousin of the bride. Ushers were Jonathan Buchanan and Andrew Baker, both fraternity brothers of the groom, along with Zane and Grayson Seay, both cousins of the bride.

The couple included a special ‘Sand Pouring’ portion to the ceremony to the song “When God Made You”. Each set of grandparents began to pour their sand into their grandchild’s glass vase. Mrs. Dorothy Seay of Ryan, Ok. and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Fietz of Durant, poured into Amanda’s glass vase. Mrs. Dee Delloro of Morris, Illinois, and Milagros Sanchez, representing Clara Sanchez of Panama who was unable to attend, poured sand into Mike’s glass vase. Next, the mothers of the bride and groom, Mrs. Betty Delloro and Mrs. Donna Seay, poured sand into their own children’s vase. Last the couple poured sand from each of their vases through a funnel into a heart shaped glass vase. Pastor Curtis Coker explained that the sands represents all the generations of each family pouring into this new couple’s lives. The wedding party was also standing in the shape of a funnel. Pastor Coker also explained how God uses our friends, family, and community to funnel into our lives as each one here have poured into this couple’s lives and will continue to do so. The sand ceremony ended when Mrs. Gay Fietz, grandmother of the bride, spoke a blessing over the couple. After the presentation of Mike & Amanda Delloro, the couple rode away in the white carriage making their first toast to each other as husband and wife as the sun was setting.

The newlyweds honeymooned in the Dominican Republic at Iberostar Punta Cana Beach Resort. This month the couple plan to move to Shawnee, Oklahoma where Mike has been offered a position with BancFirst.
