The residents of Caddo celebrated their town Saturday at the Caddo Heritage Day events, enjoying live music, vendors, friendly competitions and a parade.Caddo Heritage Day has been held every year for the past 30 years to celebrate the town’s history, community and family life.“It brings us all together,” said Vesta Baker of the Caddo Community Association.She said it takes various organizations, school clubs and churches to put on the events.This year the Heritage Day Parade Marshals were the members of the Caddo Masonic Lodge. Baker said they were chosen to be honored this year for the help they give in different events and fundraisers.“They do so much for our community,” she said.
