“The Lady Lions had an outstanding season this year,” said Reynolds. “We have the best group of athletes at DHS and they are great to work with. Our senior captain Morgan Williamson will be the only runner lost this year. Although, her shoes will be hard to fill, we look forward to another great season next year with this young group of athletes.”
Morgan Williamson signed Wednesday with Southeastern Oklahoma State University to further her cross country running career. “Her cross country family is extremely proud of her,” said Reynolds.
Regan Ramos qualified for the Meet of Champions which she competed at on the Norman course this past weekend against some of the top 50 2A-6A runners in the state.
