DURANT - A man saved from a heart attack by city employees was released from the hospital and is resting at home.

Jimmy Avants, Durant, was released Friday from The Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City where he had triple-bypass surgery. Avants suffered a heart attack the week before while having lunch with his wife Elena at Ken's Pizza.
