Mr. and Mrs. Tony Rose of Bokchito, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie Elizabeth, to Dr. Clayton A. Garrett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Garrett, Durant. Katie is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Joe Rose, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Rose. Clay is the grandson of Mrs. Betty Clay, the late Dr. and Mrs. Joe Clay, and the late Mr. and Mrs. James E. Garrett. Katie is the owner of Bella Rose Salon, Durant, and Clay is a graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is currently in the Family Medicine residency program at MCSO. The wedding is planned for October 13, 2012, in the First Baptist Church Chapel, Durant.
