Clarence Lee Mullens was born on Thursday, February 26, 1953 in Durant, Oklahoma to Jurel and Ruby Yancey Mullens and passed away on Friday, October 12, 2012 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 59.

Clarence graduated from Caddo High School and later worked for the Golden Peanut Company and he enjoyed cars and Rock N Roll music.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Christopher Allan Timmons.

Clarence is survived by sisters Sherry Timmons and husband Robert of Lyman, Wyoming, Lena Fatula and husband Steve of McKinney, Texas, Rhonda Ogle of Crowley, Texas, Ruby Johnson and husband Mike of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Teresa Sanberg and husband Eric of Arlington, Texas; brothers Jurel Ray Mullens of Mead, Oklahoma and Trinchard Flewellen and wife Donna of Lubbock, Texas; nieces and nephews Shauna Church, Robby Timmons, Jay Lynn James, Jessica Starnes, Tera Ray, Wyatt Ogle, Kyle Barnado, Brandy Johnson, Colton Johnson, Hunter Johnson, McKenzy Monson, Bryce Sanberg, Amanda Flewellen and Amber Wall.

A celebration of Clarence’s life will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel. Rev. Robert Timmons will officiate. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Robert Ray, Wyatt Ogle, Eric Sanberg, Mike Johnson and Colton Johnson serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at 12:00 PM prior to the service. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.brownsfuneralservice.com.
