David George Miller, 57 of Durant passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on June 26, 1955 in Durant, OK to Olen Martin and Theresa Cecilia (Steichen) Miller. He has lived in Durant all of his life and attended Durant High School and Oklahoma Tech in Okmulgee. He worked as a carpenter and was a member of the St. William Catholic Church. He enjoyed air brush painting.

He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, brother John, and sister Carolyn.

He is survived by his sister Marilyn Hitchcock and husband Tommy of Durant, brothers; Daniel Miller of Madill, Pat Miller and wife Mary of Caddo, James Miller and wife Renee of Hector, AR, Mark Miller and wife Bonnie of Durant, and Olen Miller II of Ardmore, Tina VanZandt and children and grandchildren; nieces and nephews John and Jason Miller, Chad and Jenilee Hitchcock, Kevin and Julie Hitchcock, John and Stephanie Cain and their families, Will and Diane Hartwell, Michea and Maryann Hartwell and Brandon and Adreinne Hartwell and their families, Amanda Whitley, Tera Brown, Angel Reyes, Therese Miller, Michael Ushry, Alex and Blake Whitley, Jessica Miller, Al and Kristin Miller and their families, Cristianna and Cecelia Miller, Brianna, Kirstin and Micheal Van Zandt and their families.

Funeral Mass will be Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. William Catholic Church. Father Valerian Gonsalves will be officiating with interment at Highland Cemetery. Family Rosary will be on Friday, February 1, 2013 from 6-8:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be Dan Miller, Pat Miller, James Miller, Mark Miller, Olen Miller II, and Tommy Hitchcock. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial be made to the St. William Catholic Church Building Fund 802 University Blvd. Durant, Oklahoma 74701.
