Shirley Ann Pennell 70, of Cartwright, Oklahoma passed away Monday evening February 11, 2013 at her residence.
She was born February 6, 1943 in Melissa, Texas to Lester Wayne and Ruby Beatrice Hix Farrington. She attended Denison, Texas schools and was a physical therapist for Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman for over 30 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son Jason Marcum and grandson Cody Marcum, a sister Judy Weger and a brother Johnny Farrington.
Surviving are three grandchildren: Shawna Sandoval, Kristin Marcum and Destiny Wheeler and great grandchildren Ashton Marcum, Ajanee Marcum, Adalynn Marcum, Alex Sandoval, Ema Sandoval, Chloe Wheeler, and Chalin Marcum, a sister, Sue Neal of Cartwright, and brother, Charles Farrington of Mead.
A memorial service for Shirley Ann Pennell will be 2:00 P.M. Monday afternoon at The Lighthouse Church in Colbert with Brother Joe Beshirs officiating. The register book may be signed and online condolences be made at cunninghamfuneralhomesok.com
